1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product:

To be eligible for a return:

A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required

The product must be returned to us for inspection before any refund is issued
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Used or opened thermal paper rolls

Customized or bulk order products

Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@besto.com.my with:

A description of the issue

Photo(s) of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, you will be given return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@besto.com.my.
