1. Order Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 3PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Customized Orders
Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., custom-printed thermal paper, bulk orders with specific requirements) require additional processing time.
Lead Time: Up to 30 days from order confirmation, depending on order complexity and quantity.
You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline upon order placement.
If you have a deadline or urgent request, please contact us before placing the order.
3. Shipping Within Malaysia
We deliver across Malaysia via reliable courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
Sabah & Sarawak: 5–8 business days
Shipping Fees:
Calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location
Free shipping may apply for promotional periods or minimum purchase amounts
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries.
Delivery times and costs vary based on destination and courier
Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are borne by the customer
5. Order Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided via email/SMS once your order has shipped. You can track your order via the courier’s official website.
6. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:

Delays in customized production (we will notify you)
7. Undelivered Packages
Undelivered orders due to:
Wrong/incomplete address
Failed delivery attempts
Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees will apply.
